Step 1

research

Step 1 is our Research Phase where you'll familiarize yourself with the tiny home basics. You must complete all 'Required' tasks before moving onto Step 2.

PARKING INFO

pARK & fINANCE

Required

In order to move onto to Step 2, you need to create a plan for tiny home parking and financing. You do not need to have these 100% in place, but you should have plans/ideas for both.

SCHEDULE TOUR

Optional

If you're in our area and you would like to speak with us in person, you're welcome to schedule yourself for a tour before moving onto Step 2. This is optional.

Optional

If you have additional questions and you would like to speak with us prior to moving forward onto to Step 2, you're welcome to either call or email us. This is optional.

Step 2

Tiny Home survey & call

Step 2 is our Tiny Home Survey & Call phase where speak with us, one on one, and tell us more about your tiny home and needs. You must complete all 'Required' tasks before moving onto Step 3.

In order to move onto Step 2, you will need to fill out a tiny home survey. At the end of the survey, you will be prompted to sign up for a phone consultation meeting. This is required.

Step 3

budgetary quote

Step 3 is our Budgetary Quote phase where you'll work with us to create more detailed pricing for your tiny home. You must complete all 'Required' tasks before moving onto Step 4.

CATALOGUE

Catalogue Review

Required

You will need to familiarize yourself with our catalogue and inspiration boards in order to prepare for your upcoming budgetary quote meeting. This is required.

QUOTE INFO

In order to move onto Step 4, you will need to sign up for a 2-hr budgetary quote meeting and pay a non-refundable $99. This cost is part of the overall price of your home. This is required.

Inspiration Ideas

Optional

If you have inspiration photos that you feel will help us during your budgetary quote call, we ask that you email them to us prior to your meeting. This is optional.

Step 4

design

Step 4 is our Design Phase where you'll work with a member of our design team to create your tiny home layout/design together. You must complete all 'Required' tasks before moving onto Step 5.

DESIGN INFO

contract & pay

Required

In order to start your design phase, you must review and sign a design agreement and pay a non-refundable $2,000. This cost is part of the overall price of your home. This is required.

DESIGN INFO

drafts & quotes

Required

In order to move onto Step 5, you'll work, one on one, with a member of our design team to produce multiple design drafts and updated quotes. This is required.

Step 5

construction

Step 5 is our Construction Phase where we will be building your tiny home per your design phase plans. You must complete all 'Required' tasks before moving onto Step 6.

FAQ

contract & pay

Required

In order to start your construction phase, you must review and sign a build agreement and make build payments. Find a build payment schedule breakdown under our FAQ. This is required.

CLIENT PORTAL

Required

We will be in contact with you throughout your entire tiny home build with videos, emails, pictures, and more using your client portal. Construction is completed. This is required.

BUILD ASSIST

Build Assist

Optional

If you would like to help with the construction of your tiny home, you can join us for our build assist program. Learn more! This is optional.

Step 6

Welcome home

Step 6 is our Welcome Home Phase where you'll be moving into your tiny home after delivery. You've completed all of the steps!
