  • What kind of tiny homes do you build?
We specialize in the design and construction of Tiny Homes on Wheels (THOWs). Our tiny homes are built to order in our build shop. All of our tiny homes are permanently affixed to a trailer chassis. We do not build Tiny Homes on foundations nor do we build on site.
  • Do you make tiny homes without wheels? Do you make foundation tiny homes?
No. We are strictly a THOW (Tiny Home on Wheels) builder. While the tires can be removed, the axles will remain. The structural framing of the home cannot be detached from the trailer chassis.
  • What is your lead time?
You can see our current lead time for both turnkey and shell tiny homes on our 'Our Process' page.
  • How do I order a tiny home from you?
Check out our 'Our Process' page to see a step-by-step guide on how to order a tiny home from us.
  • How does delivery work?
See the delivery section of our 'Finding Land & Site Prep' page for more information about delivery cost, needs, and more.
  • Can I order multiple tiny homes?
Yes, though we are not a large-scale tiny home production company. We build between 10-16 tiny homes a year and our homes are built one at a time in order to provide quality communication and production. We typically limit clients who purchase multiple tiny homes to a maximum of 1-3 homes per year to allow room for other clients. Feel free to reach out to us for more information.
  • Can I visit you and tour a tiny home?
Yes! We are open by appointment only. View our 'Visit us / Tours' page to schedule yourself for a tour.
  • Will my car or truck be able to tow a tiny home?
Tiny homes vary in size. Here is the general rule of thumb for tiny home vehicle requirements. Tiny Home Lengths up to 20-ft: 1/2 Ton Vehicle 20-ft thru 28-ft: 3/4 Ton Vehicle 28-ft+: 1 Ton Vehicle The weight of a tiny home is, approximately, 500lbs / LF (linear foot of trailer) for an 8.5-ft wide tiny home. This means a 24-ft long tiny home would weigh approximately 12,000lbs (24 x 500 = 12,000) For towing, assume 115% of home’s weight for tow capacity. This means a 24-ft tiny home would require a vehicle that can tow at least 13,800lbs (12,000 x 1.15 = 13,800).
  • Do you offer a tiny home warranty?
Yes! We offer a tiny home warranty which will be defined in the contract you sign prior to construction on your home.
  • Should I pick a custom home or an existing model?
Your options are: Option 1: Choose an existing tiny home model to moderately customize. If you already like a model we make but need moderate changes, choose this option. See Tiny Home Models. Option 2: Start from scratch. Design a brand new custom tiny home with us. If you need something very specific and don't see what you need within our existing models, choose this option. See Custom Home options. The process is the same no matter your choice. You still go through our design phase and construction phase like you normally would.
  • What is the difference between a shell and turnkey tiny home?
We offer (2) different types of tiny home builds: shells and turnkeys. To learn more about what the differences are, view our 'Turnkey vs. Shell' page.
  • Can you use my old trailer?
We source brand new trailers for all our tiny homes and will not work with refurbished trailers. Your trailer is the foundation that supports the rest of your home so we invest in high quality foundations that are purpose built for your specific home. If you are a DIY builder and intend to repurpose a used trailer, please ensure it is the proper GVWR/GAWR for your intended weight and that it is properly licensed.
  • Do you sell tiny home design plans?
Clients that go through our design phase will be provided both elevation plans and visuals plans of their tiny home. Though, we do not provide build plans, framing plans, or utility schematics for DIY construction.
  • Do you offer any accessible tiny homes (ADA, Sensory Sensitivities)?
Absolutely! We thoroughly enjoy designing tiny homes that are accessible to anyone and have experience with designing to ADA guidelines. If you or a loved one who will live in the tiny home have limited mobility or a sensory sensitivity, please ask us about design options.
  • Can you use reclaimed materials in my Tiny Home?
To ensure the safety of our staff, we will not work directly with reclaimed materials that do not come straight from a manufacturer specializing in them.
