We specialize in the design and construction of Tiny Homes on Wheels (THOWs). Our tiny homes are built to order in our build shop. All of our tiny homes are permanently affixed to a trailer chassis. We do not build Tiny Homes on foundations nor do we build on site.
No. We are strictly a THOW (Tiny Home on Wheels) builder. While the tires can be removed, the axles will remain. The structural framing of the home cannot be detached from the trailer chassis.
You can see our current lead time for both turnkey and shell tiny homes on our 'Our Process' page.

Yes, though we are not a large-scale tiny home production company.
We build between 10-16 tiny homes a year and our homes are built one at a time in order to provide quality communication and production. We typically limit clients who purchase multiple tiny homes to a maximum of 1-3 homes per year to allow room for other clients. Feel free to reach out to us for more information.

Tiny homes vary in size. Here is the general rule of thumb for tiny home vehicle requirements.
Tiny Home Lengths
up to 20-ft: 1/2 Ton Vehicle
20-ft thru 28-ft: 3/4 Ton Vehicle
28-ft+: 1 Ton Vehicle
The weight of a tiny home is, approximately, 500lbs / LF (linear foot of trailer) for an 8.5-ft wide tiny home. This means a 24-ft long tiny home would weigh approximately 12,000lbs (24 x 500 = 12,000)
For towing, assume 115% of home’s weight for tow capacity. This means a 24-ft tiny home would require a vehicle that can tow at least 13,800lbs (12,000 x 1.15 = 13,800).
Yes! We offer a tiny home warranty which will be defined in the contract you sign prior to construction on your home.
