Utilities refer to essential services such as electricity, water, sewer, and gas, that provide comfort and functionality in a home, supporting daily living. Tiny home utilities are very similar to traditional foundation construction where you have access to residential-grade appliances and fixtures but how we connect to utility sources will be unique to your tiny home. Lead Time.
"How long does it take?"
Our lead time starts the day you begin your design phase with us all the way through delivery day. So, it includes the entire time it takes to complete design, source material, finish construction, and finalize delivery. There is no wait to start your design phase with us. As soon as you're ready, we're ready.
Our lead time is a moving target that can either increase or decrease depending on material sourcing lead times and our current waitlist. We do our best to update our lead time information here but to ensure you have an up to date lead time estimate, reach out to us.

"When are payments due?"
When buying your tiny home, (6) payments are split up over the length of entire process. These payments are part of the overall cost of the home. Learn more about what payment costs are and when they take place.
