Understanding the cost of your home is an integral part of design and tiny home construction. With our instant quoting process, you'll be able to make choices and changes in real time while speaking to a member of our design team. We require every client to go through our budgetary quote phase to ensure we're on the same page about pricing prior to moving forward with your design and construction. KNOW YOUR OPTIONS: No matter if you intend to customize an existing model or start from scratch with a new design, your custom options are the same. To see what custom options you can make, view our catalogue. Our catalogue represents every possible design option that we offer from appliances and flooring to roof style and sizes. Familiarize yourself with our tiny home catalogue prior to your budgetary quote meeting so that you have a good idea of what colors, materials, and items we're able to offer. UNDERSTAND THE COST: $99 for a single 2 hour meeting. Need more time? It is $50/additional 2 hour meeting. Once paid, your payment is non-refundable unless you cancel your call. To cancel with a refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to the start of your call. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go or no-show, your payment is non refundable. WHAT TO EXPECT: You will meet with a member of our design team either in person at our office or through a video chat (your choice). Using our in-house software program, we will guide you through your design options as we quote your future home in front of you. The quote meeting will contain 'live pricing' which will allow you to see the cost of individual choices in real time. Be prepared to answer detailed questions about your design choices but know that our team is there to provide advice and recommendations as you go.
