Cancellation Policy

Once paid, your payment is non-refundable unless you cancel within the required time frame. To cancel with a refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance to the start of the class. If you cancel with less than 48 hours to go or no-show, your payment is nonrefundable for any reason. If you missed the deadline to cancel with a refund but you still contact us prior to the start of the class, you are welcome to transfer your booking to an upcoming available class date up to one time. Though, once transferred to the next class date, you will not be allowed to cancel with a refund for any reason. We require all students who are attending by themselves to be 18 years or older. We allow minor students that are 16-17 years old as long as their guardian attends the class with them. Minors are not allowed to be 'dropped off' for this class. Guardians are welcome to either attend the class as a student (requires separate paid booking) or as a non-participant (free) that stays on the premises during the entire class. Non-participant guardians are not given access to the resources of the class but they are able to stay in our waiting room or their vehicle while their minor attends the class.
