A: Yes. Not only do budgetary quotes keep us all on the same page for budget and cost, they're a required part of our tiny home process. Budgetary quotes are 'Step 3' and before you can get started you must complete Steps 1 and 2. Read more about our timeline and process here.
Q: But I need prices before I can decide if I want to start. Now what?
A: That's okay! To find posted pricing for our pre-designed Mountain Series models or custom tiny homes, click below. The posted pricing will give you a good idea of how much your tiny home should be before you start our process. Budgetary quotes help us narrow down specific cost elements.
Q: What does a budgetary quote include?
A: Understanding the cost of your home is an integral part of design and tiny home construction. Our budgetary quotes include a scheduled 2 hour meeting with a member of our design team. We work with you, one on one, to take you through all of your design options and produce as many budgetary quotes as you want* during your scheduled time. You'll be able to make choices and changes in real time and see how they impact the overall cost of your tiny home.
You will have access to our tiny home catalogue and inspiration boards prior to our meeting so that you can familiarize yourself with your design choices.

Q: How much does a budgetary quote cost?
A: Our budgetary quotes cost $99 for a 2 hour meeting. The meeting is in person or via a video call with unlimited quotes during the scheduled time. If you need more time or additional quotes, it is $50 for each additional 2 hour meeting that is scheduled. Clients must choose and sign off on one budgetary quote in order to move forward into design.
Q: How do I ask for a budgetary quote?
